The Norwegian drilling rig company SeaDrill Ltd said on Friday (16 June) that it has received a new contract for its ultra-large jack-up rig West Epsilon from Norwegian oil company Statoil ASA.

The contract, including options, has a duration of four years and is valued at USD241-334m.

One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.56 British pounds (GBP).
