Swedish property company Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Friday (19 January) that it has expanded its German property portfolio by acquiring a further 131 apartments in two properties in Regensburg.
No financial details were disclosed.
Akelius Fastigheter, headquartered in Danderyd, Sweden, is one of Swedens largest privately held property owners. The company owns some 28,000 apartments from Haparanda in northern Sweden to Erlangen in Germany.
