Finnish-Swedish telecomms group TeliaSonera AB said on Wednesday (31 August) that its Finnish subsidiary TeliaSonera Finland (Sonera) had selected the Swedish presence and availability management solutions and services provider Netwise AB as its partner to build a new voice service for enterprises. Through the partnership Sonera can offer its customers Internet-based VoIP (Voice over IP) services, according to the company. The companies had also signed a partnership agreement that covers Nordic and Baltic countries, TeliaSonera said.
