The Swedish-controlled pan-European customer relationship management provider Transcom WorldWide S.A. said on Wednesday (7 June) that it has acquired the assets of Satel Services SA, a contact centre based in Montlucon, France.
The total consideration was valued at EUR137,000.
The contact centre currently employs 100 people, all of whom will be transferred to Transcom.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
