Nordic Business Report-January 5, 2007-Trelleborg AB completes acquisition of German pipe sealing group Epros (C)1994-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Swedish industrial group Trelleborg AB said on Thursday (4 January) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of privately-owned German pipe sealing group Epros Group. The deal includes Epros GmbH in Duisburg in Germany, and Epros International Ltd in St Albans in the United Kingdom. Epros Group is a niche leader in the after-market for pipe systems, and has specialised in trench less repairs. It has a total of some 30 employees and combined annual sales of approximately SEK90m. The acquired operations will be part of Trelleborgs Building Systems business area. Trelleborg Group, headquartered in Trelleborg in Sweden, develops and manufactures high-performance solutions that seal, damp and protect in demanding industrial environments. The group has 23,000 employees in 40 countries, and annual sales of approximately SEK24bn. Trelleborg is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
