The Norwegian Internet hosting services provider Active 24 ASA said on Monday (31 July) that it has signed a letter of intent to sell its non-core operations in Sweden.
The buyer has not yet been revealed.
The NOK2.9m transaction covers operations related to managed hosting, dedicated hosting and access.
Active 24 said that it expects the deal to be completed before the end of August.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
