Swedish investment company Active Capital AB said on Thursday (17 August) that its subsidiary Cetec Electric AB, a manufacturer of encapsulated electrical equipment and accessories, has agreed to acquire the automation equipment supplier AutomatikHuset i Malmo AB.
The purchase consideration comprises a fixed payment of SEK6m in cash and additional payments of up to SEK2m based on future performance.
AutomatikHuset has an annual turnover of approximately SEK20m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
