Finnish telecomms group Elisa Corporation said on Tuesday (28 March) that its ownership in the Finnish Internet and telecommunications services company Saunalahti Group Oyj has now reached 100%.
As a result public quotation of Saunalahti's shares would be terminated.
Elisa had submitted a demand for redemption at a price of EUR2.29 per share. Some 3.83 million shares subject to redemption were outstanding.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
