Swedish low-cost airline FlyMe Europe AB, owned by the Swedish investment company Array AB, said on Saturday (11 March) that it would open a direct route between Gothenburg, Sweden and Barcelona, Spain. The new service would be launched on 1 June 2006. Due to the opening of the route FlyMe would postpone its Dusseldorf route.
