The Swedish business communications group Intellecta AB said on Wednesday (27 September) that it has agreed to acquire brand consulting firm Rewir.
The acquired operations will be integrated into Intellecta's corporate communications business area Intellecta Communication.
The value of the acquisition was not disclosed, but Intellecta said that the consideration will comprise a fixed payment in cash and shares as well as additional payments based on future performance.
