The Finnish chemicals group Kemira Oyj said on Tuesday (27 June) that its Kemwater unit has received a contract for its Kemicond sludge handling solution from Finnish regional water utility Oulun Vesi.
Kemira will provide Oulun Vesi's Taskila waste water treatment plant in Oulu with a Kemicond chemical sludge treatment unit.
The contract is worth approximately EUR13m.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
