The property is occupied by the Strangnas Montessori School. Kungsleden acquired the property for SEK45m. Kungsleden, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has a portfolio of 652 properties in 132 municipalities in Sweden. The company is quoted on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
