The Swedish embedded systems provider Prevas AB said on Tuesday (9 May) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire embedded systems developer Avantel AB.
No financial details have yet been disclosed.
Avantel provides product development services within electronic hardware and firmware for customers such as Electrolux, PacketFront and SciBase.
