The Swedish network services provider Relacom AB said on Tuesday (19 September) that it has signed a cooperation agreement within IP telephony with corporate VoIP services provider Efftel AB.
The companies will cooperate in the roll-out of IP telephony services to small and mid-sized companies in Sweden.
