The Finnish locks, fittings and fastening systems distributor Suomen Helasto Oyj said on Thursday (29 June) that it has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire furniture fittings importer and wholesaler R Mokki Oy.
The purchase consideration of EUR5.4m will be paid in cash and shares.
R Mokki has 12 employees and annual sales of EUR4.29m.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
