The Swedish TV production company Zodiak Television AB issued on Thursday (5 October) a brief statement saying that it is in talks to acquire the United Kingdom based production company Diverse Production from FBC Group.
Zodiak Television was forced to issue the statement after the talks were leaked.
No further information has yet been officially released.
