Nordic Business Report-November 22, 2006-Akelius GmbH acquires properties in Hamburg (C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Swedish property group Akelius Fastigheter AB said on Wednesday (22 November) that its German subsidiary Akelius GmbH has made its first investments in the Hamburg property market. The subsidiary acquired 222 apartments in the St Pauli district, as well as a property with 88 apartments in the Meiendorf district. The financial details of the transactions were not disclosed. Akelius Fastigheter, headquartered in Danderyd, Sweden, is one of Swedens largest privately held property owners.
