Icelandic food group Bakkavor Group hf said on Tuesday (2 May) that it has reached an agreement to acquire Laurens Patisseries Limited, a manufacturer of chilled desserts in the United Kingdom.
The acquisition price was valued at GBP130m.
The acquisition will be financed by Barclays Bank and shares in Bakkavor Group.
