The Swedish industrial tools, consumables and components provider Bergman & Beving AB said on Thursday (29 June) that it has agreed to acquire industrial reseller Profero AB.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Profero, based in Kristianstad, Sweden, supplies tools and industrial consumables to the industry and public administration in the northeastern Skane region. The company has 18 employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK45m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
