Swedish entertainment broadcasting group Modern Times Group MTG AB (MTG) said on Wednesday (30 August) that it has completed the acquisition of Slovenia's third largest privately owned free-to-air television channel PRVA TV.
MTG acquired PRVA TV through the acquisition of its owner Prva TV doo.
