The Swedish online home electronics retailer NetOnNet Ab said on Thursday (24 August) that it has signed an agreement to sell and lease back its Lagershop warehouse store property in Ullared, Sweden.
The property is being purchased by the investors Joakim Hedin and Paul Frankenius for a total of SEK34m.
The transaction will result in a gain of SEK14m for NetOnNet.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
