Nordea will raise its Prime Rate by 0.25 percentage points to 3 per cent. The rise will enter into force on 1 July 2006.
Nordea Prime Rate is primarily used as a reference rate for housing loans.
The decision is based on the development of the market rates. The rates have risen as a result of the improved economic outlook and increased inflation risks in the euro area.
