Nordic Business Report-February 1, 2007-Norwegian embedded solutions developer Data Respons ASA wins NOK11m framework contract (C)1994-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Norwegian embedded solutions developer Data Respons ASA said on Thursday (1 February) that its subsidiary Data Respons Norway has secured a three-year framework agreement from an unnamed customer. The agreement, valued at NOK11m, covers serial delivery of embedded solutions for the customers control systems products for the maritime industry. The deliveries will take place in 2007 and 2008. Data Respons on Thursday also issued its financial figures for 2006, reporting a record order intake of NOK502m, as compared to NOK348m in 2005. Revenues improved by 47% to NOK393m while the operating result grew by 68% to NOK22.3m. Data Respons is headquartered in Hovik in Norway. The company supplies embedded solutions to OEM companies, system integrators and vertical product suppliers. The company has 183 employees and offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Germany. Data Respons ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker DAT. One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.17 Norwegian kroner (NOK).
