The Swedish document automation software supplier ReadSoft AB said on Tuesday (3 October) that it has acquired German invoice processing solutions company Ebydos AG.
The purchase consideration comprises a fixed payment of EUR5.3m in cash and shares, and additional payments of up to approximately EUR2.7m based on future performance.
Ebydos, with 45 employees and sales of approximately EUR4.4m, has operations in Germany, Poland and the US.
The acquisition makes ReadSoft a world leader in electronic invoice processing products for the SAP business system.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.67 British pounds (GBP).
