The Finnish technology parks operator Technopolis Plc said on Monday (9 October) that its wholly-owned Russian subsidiary Technopolis St Petersburg LLC has agreed to acquire a 4.6 hectare land area in St Petersburg, Russia.
The land area, located near the Pulkovo airport, was acquired for a consideration of EUR7.4m.
Technopolis St Petersburg plans to build an 80,000 square metre technology park at the location.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.67 British pounds (GBP).
